Bellydance classes

General Class

Once you have attended the beginners’ class for a while and learned the core moves - hip drops, shimmies, circles, figures of eight, camels, isolations etc - you can go on to the general class. Here you will learn new moves as well as perfecting the basic ones and put them together into combinations, routines and dances. You will also learn how to dance with fun props such as veils and sticks.

The class is aimed at giving people a good workout and is upbeat and fun. You can stay in the general class forever and for most people this will be the ideal class to stay in.
