Hen Parties and Mendi
Whether you are having an oriental themed evening or just fancy something a bit different, a bellydance session is sure to get the laughter going at a hen night. The bride-to-be can even learn some sexy moves to tempt her husband on their wedding night!
Your dancer will arrive in full costume and if the booking is a surprise will do a surprise bellygram before handing out hip belts to everyone present. She will then teach everyone how to bellydance with the emphasis on simple, fun movements and upbeat music.
The hen night concept works really well for any women only party, whatever the occasion. It is perfect for a traditional mendi (henna party) in which case
the dancer will not do anything overtly sexy so as not to upset older or younger
family members. A shamadan (candelabra) dance is a lovely idea for a mendi as it symbolises fertility and new life.
