About Itziar

Itziar has been a passionate dancer for the past 9 years and she loves and understands belly dance as a tool for evolving, self expression and joy. She combines dance and yoga in her daily life as tools for healthy living and to increase body and mind consciousness.

Itziar has become one of the most sought-after dancers on the London scene and in 2011 she will be launching her international career with entry into the international competition at Shimmy in the City!

Itziar studied the art of belly dancing both in Spain, her country of origin, and in the UK. She has trained with a wide range of teachers and mentors from around the world, with the special mentorship of Maria Perez in Spain in her early years of dancing. Itziar currently studies with Charlotte Desorgher and with Hossam and Serena Ramzy on their Advanced Dancers Course.
